Frequently asked questions
Why is the paper bumpy?
Unframed fine art prints are produced on heavyweight museum grade paper with a lightly textured matte finish. This help to show the textures and highlight the unique features of the art. However not all prints will be on textured paper, some papers will have a smooth matte finish.
How will my order be delivered?
Each order is carefully packaged using acid free paper and secure packaging to ensure safe transit. Small/Medium size prints will be packages flat but larger prints may have to be rolled in a packing tube. Please carefully unwrap your package upon arrival, taking extra care with sharp tools. A reminder to handle artwork and especially prints with clean dry hands. Rolled prints will need to be unrolled and pressed flat with 2-3 heavy books on a clean surface.
What is the processing time?
Please allow up to 7-10 days for orders to be shipped. You will recieve tracking once your order has been shipped.
Shipping time
Orders placed for the UK mainland will typically arrive 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders. Taxes and duty charges for your county are the customers responsibility.
Can I get a refund or return?
All orders are final. We cannot offer refunds once your order has been placed. Please check you have input the correct address and are happy to proceed. If there has been a mistake made please contact me as soon as possible so the order can be rectified.
In the rare instance that your order has arrived damaged, please contact and supply images info@talart.co.uk within 14 days.
